Your townplanner

Your dedicated Town planner, Jurgens Moolman have completed his National diploma in Town and Regional Planning at the University of Johannesburg in 2013. Attended short courses in Revit architecture / AUTOCAD and is registered at SACPLAN B/8320/2015.

 Jurgens started in 2005 as a student working for an Architect and started his own company in 2011 called Town design development.

He uses his skills to upgrade and facilitate planning projects and develop areas where needed.

Town Design Development specializes in applications such as Special consent, rezoning, subdivision and consolidation of properties.

Area of expertise is Gauteng, but other provinces also could benefit from using his services as Town planner and technical draughting.
